I have been working for 20 years as an assistant and office manager in the fields of health, crafts, garden shows, horticulture, and landscaping.

I enjoy supporting lone fighters, especially practitioners. The processes are often colorful - and so are my clients! Above all, they are creative, social, "a bit different". That's why I enjoy working with them. My vision is to accompany young self-employed and freelancers on their way to the (digital) office.

Having traveled a lot, I now live by the Baltic Sea again.

I have been self-employed with my digital back office since 2019, alongside a permanent part-time position.

  • What tasks can you help me with?
    I can help you find an office organisation that suits you perfectly and individually. I offer advice and, if you wish, further support. This applies to normal offices as well as online administration or the conversion of offline to digital formats. My support can be provided both on-site in the office and online.
  • What is the scope of the counselling?
    As I usually advise small teams of 1 to 8 people, the scope is manageable. Of course, individual requirements vary depending on the industry and type of business. I usually find out in a free preliminary meeting what your general processes are like and who will be working on them. This results in initial ideas. This is usually followed by 2 online appointments 1 to 2 weeks apart.
  • What exactly is included in the package?
    The package includes: 2 online consultation appointments, 120 min. each, video logs of the consultation appointments and a graphic representation for a suggested structure for your digital or analogue office. Additional hours can be booked flexibly.
  • Do you work offline or online?
    I like to help with the digitalisation of projects, so I prefer to work online. However, it is also possible for me to come to your local office.
  • What information do I need in advance?
    Information about the processes in the office is required. You can ask yourself in advance: What happens to trigger a process in the office.
